body fat %. Where are you and what do you want to be?
I was by GNC and they got this new matchine that measures your weigh and body fat %. I was like "OH COOL! SOMEONE GIVE ME A DOLLAR!" and i got my results. :grumble: i mean i knew i would be bad but 39% bad? YIKES! im 5foot5inches and at 205-209. Where should i be? I think i am going to go back every month.

sick but gained weight?
I need some confirmation here, i became sick yesterday morning (throwing up and the sorts) and really haven't eaten much since, lots of saltine crackers, flat soda, chick broth but in that time iv some how put on 5lbs. i'm bloating right? all the salt in the food?

thigh burn?
Does anyone else thighs burn when they use them- running- stairs- elliptical- yoga? Its always the first part of my body that wants to give up and the one that takes the longest to stop hurting. Do i just need to push through the pain and in time they wont hurt so much?

How many carbs?
Iv been on this site for only a few days, i log all my food and it keeps saying my calories are too low but i am meeting all the fat and protein requirements it has listed for me but when it comes to my Carbs, its lower than what it says i should be eating. It wants me to eat 201g. does that not seem excessive? im confused.
