I'm back and reallyhopefor good but I believe I need support from others with similar issues. I have lupus along with other auto immunities. It's difficult because of the medication and lack of energy but I have to hope there is away to get my weight under control but more importantly healthy eating. Since heart disease is such a major threat.

    Hi Vintagedream! I have been diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder, but since there is a shortage of Rheumatologists in my area I won't know which one until January! They are thinking Lupus or Polychondritis. I have been told by my spouse's doc that diet should be my top focus. I also need support due to low energy! How do you deal with low energy?
