Well, crud. The gym's closed.
What's everyone like to do at home for exercise? The weather is garbage here and everything is closed. I do my usual yoga at home, but I'm a little bummed that i can't go to the gym.

What do you do when you're having a particularly low self esteem day?
I am making quite a bit of progress and other people acknowledge it.. I dont often like to take pictures because I am self-conscious anyways, but i saw myself and just felt like crap. I know I should be patient with myself but today I just hate the way I look. What do the rest of you do when you feel this way?

Quitting pop.
I find it so hard to stop drinking pop. Ever since I was a kid I drink at least three bottles of Mountain Dew a day. I don't like the taste of anything else and I know it's unhealthy for me. I had surgery a few weeks ago to repair my ACL. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for good cardio exercises that I can do without use of my knee? Thanks!

Opinions on the positive effects of water fasting?
I have been reading a lot about the topic and there is a ton of controversy. I read that (obviously) it's not a good solution to permanent weight loss, but I also have read a lot of positive effects i.e. alleviating food addictions and detoxification. Just curious what everyone things. thanks =]
