Anyone here use the Fitbit app or Fitbit tracker? I'm having a hard time figuring out which is the best to use --- if it's even worth it at all.. a dvice??????

emotional eating and self-sabbotage
I am a huge emotional eater. i eat the worst when i'm upset or angry. ie: i was doing so well today (1 hr of cardio, really healthy choices) till i got a call from mechanic re: my car's repairs being over $1k. i finished an entire box of girl scout cookies in one sitting. now i hate myself. i lost 65 pounds in one year and…

how do you enter in your workout for exercise? i just started the DVD today and am having some trouble deciding how to enter in my work out! also - did you notice a big change doing this work out? i knew i was out of shape but didn't realize HOW BAD it was until today! i was panting about halfway through the work out!!!…

Our son is almost 6 months old. He is our third and last baby (we also have 2 daughters - 5.5yrs and 3yrs old). I'm really tired of using the excuse"well, I just had a baby!" i want to get in shape for me and them! anyone else???

shrimp and asparagus .... what to make?
i have some lovely shrimp and some even more lovely asparagus. i'm thinking a pasta dish. any yummy ideas? bonus points for low in fat and it HAS to be dairy free.

Looking for high protein/low fat/lower calorie snacks - any
This is my 2nd day tracking food here on MFP. I'm realizing I am not getting enough protein - only getting about 1/3 of what I need for the day. Anyone have any ideas for snacks that would help me boost my protein intake? BTW: i'm vegetarian! today i did peanut butter and an apple. but that's gonna get boring real fast!

Rewards when you reach a goal???
I noticed some members here reward themselves w/ something when they reach a goal ... I've been gleaming some ideas by reading everyone's signatures. Can you give me some more ideas? So far I think haircut/color will be my grand reward when i reach my goal weight....

Baby Shrimp
I'm defrosting a package of baby shrimp for dinner tonight ... i normally do stir fry (sauce, veggies and brown rice) Any other ideas??? Bonus points for kid friendly!

Breast Feeding
Anyone here breast feeding? Do you add extra calories to account for it? Do you count it as exercise? Calories burned? I am currently exclusively breast feeding our 5 month old baby (no formula, no solid foods) and i know that MUST count for SOMETHING? Am I right??? :wink:
