i could've sworn i saw a recipe for something like "salmon in a packet" here in this forum --- i could be mistaken though!!! if it's here - can someone help direct me?

    do u mean like salmon cooked in a tinfoil packet, then bake or grilled?

    i think you can buy bake in the bag salmon, i think its birds eye, but to be honest just wrap it in foil with what ever you like on top, Philadelphia ( spring onion and cracked black pepper), pesto, ginger and lime!

    I made tilapia in foil in the CROCK POT! I don't see why you couldn't do something similar with salmon, or any other type of fish.

    It didn't take long to cook either, basically I seasoned my fish, wrapped in foil and dropped in the crockpot for 2.5 hours on high.

    Just be careful taking the foil packets out of the crock pot.

    I don't remember where I saw that recipe, i think it was on a blog somewhere in my travels. :)
