just started ab exercises and gained weight
ok I want to lose weight, but since I started doing ab exercises, I have gained nearly 2 lb. Doesn't sound much. Am I panicking too much, or should I eat less ? I am 6' 2" and weigh 15 stone 8. I want to get to 14 stone 7. Thanks for your advice, Ian.

Hi, as the title says 6 days in, but I have hit a snag. I am set at 1500 cals a day. Hi Yesterday after logging the cals, it said i ate too little, so today i was just 74 cals under target but now it says i will not lose as much weight in the same 5 week period - am i doing something wrong ? ( i am getting the water intake as well) Thanks
