Hello, today is day 1 for me (2nd time I have used My Fitness Pal). Sorry for the silly question in advance. I am 4lbs heavier than when I started last time, and it's getting me low, but I wish to lose 2 stone, and am excited to get started.

The silly question (sorry I cannot find the answer) - how many glasses of water should I be drinking a day ? (sorry 2 questions) is green tea any good in general, not in place of the water ?

    Ian, generally they say 8 glasses a day, 64 oz, but if you work out you'll need more than that. Green tea is totally fine in place of water as long as there's no sugar or syrup added to the tea. <3
