Returning to My fitness pal to track calories. I added kickboxing to my low impact weight lifting routine. 7 months in and I feel great and my BP has never been better and 6 lbs leaner. Goal of dropping another 10 lbs in 2020.

I've been using this app for 2 weeks now. I like it and have been logging calories and my exercises. I try to keep my calories under 1310 as suggested in my activity level. The only way I make it is if I exercise to offset my calorie intake. My goal is to have abs. I've never had a six pack but I've never tried to get them…
