I can stay consistent during the week with exercise and diet, but when the weekend hits....

    Maybe try and stick to the same routine? Diet wise if you want a big meal then have a smaller breakfast and lunch

    When the weekend hits, I prioritise complete rest & relaxation, with emphasis on one sleep-in. Throughout my active days, I average around 7 hours of sleep, for I'm up around 3ish most mornings, sometimes around 2ish in the am.

    You have a routine during your week. Establish one for your weekends. I find that keeping busy during the weekend helps me to stay on track. I have one dedicated rest day. But for the most part I like to get the house together, meal prep, go for a hike, and just do things that I enjoy but that keep me busy
