HELP!! I'm so frustrated
I've lost 17 lbs. I work out 4-5 days a week. I do 45+ minutes of cardio each time too. I focus on one area of my body each day. The scale is moving but I cannot see my results. QUESTIONS ABOUT EXERCISING
I'm not exactly sure how to go about my exercises. I always do 30-45 minutes of cardio then I use various machines for different body parts. Should I do cardio every time I go to the gym and then just focus on one area at a time? Like on Mondays-legs, Tuesdays-arms and back, etc. Or Should I do a complete body workout…

Why is the weight not coming off?
My 1st two weeks I lost 11 lbs, but I haven't been able to lose anymore. I'm still eating healthy and exercising. Any suggestions?

A long Journey ahead of me
