Ive been at this for about 6 months now . All i need to loose is 10 pounds but i havnt lost 1 and i still cant see my abs whatsoever and its depressing. Feel like all of this is for nothing.. How do yoou guys stick with it .

How are you gonna handle the holidays?
Holidays are coming up . Alot of food , family , the atmosphere . will just make you overeat like crazy , cus your gonna figure "oh , hell its the holidays , F*** It". Binged everyday this week . Is something wrong with me
Everyday this week ive been 1000+ over my calorie limit . Im so hungry all the time and i just DONT KNOW WHY . Mfp calculated that i need 1580 a day for a 2 lbs loss a week . 1750 for 1 1/2 loss .
