i do full body workouts 5 times 20 sets per session a week and cardio everyday for 30 min body fat is between 16-20% i weigh 164 maintainance calories are 2300-2500 ?

i have but my doctor is very overweight . And tells me that i dont need to loose any weight .. Im at 20 percent bf tho . I wud like to have'ripped. Abs and i wont have them uintidl im atleast 11 percent bodyfat . My doc NEVER gives me good advice bout loosing weighr

I do high intensity 25 to 50 min a day . Bacc this summer i was serious about getting toned.. and was doing 3 sets of 60 minutes a day lol ! But i stoped

Just know u arent alone . I go thru tha sameeee thing. Theere is no real way to completely stop but just will poweer bro . Or u can fast during the day and then at nite you can just pig out/binge right before bed with all of ur daily amount of calories .
