I personally prefer overall balance and not so much on just one particular muscle group... I think symmetry is key......0

On a serious note... they don't care. It's about how you carry yourself.0

The back is the foundation for everything else. It keeps you stable and upright, and properly training it will keep you mostly injury free. I personally spend the most time on my back for that reason.
Edit; what attracts the girls the most? No idea. Train for the betterment of your self. A partner should compliment your life, not be the sole purpose of it.0 -

It's best to have an overall developed symmetrical physique. It's what the eye likes. Even if people say one body part is preferred over another, they really do prefer overall symmetry whether they know it or not. It's why a lot of Hollywood Celebrities might not be huge but people think they look great. Take Brad Pitt in fight club.
His abs are decent, but far from the best I've ever seen. His arms are developed but not great. His chest is present but could use work. But women LOVE him in this movie. He has decent development of all his muscle groups. None are phenomenal, but they are all up to par.0 -
Serious lifters and bodybuilders train their entire body. You should focus on developing your legs, nothing looks worse then a big dude with chicken legs... As far as a lady's favorite bodypart, its probably what's between your legs.0

Whoa you guys are all in here posting pics of him in a no girls thread? Is this what guys do in the locker rooms? If you wanna know, abs are not what most girls like about him in that pic, at least girls that I know, more the parts you are criticizing and his attitude and confidence are attractive. And face before its all messed up. Now go back to talking to each other and looking at guy pics you bodybuilders you!0 -
In my experience, the majority of women are interested in a man with an overly developed bank account and a minimally developed frontal cortex. Quality women; however, would all give you a different answer as to what body part they find most attractive because it's a matter of opinion.0

That is not an impressive physique. I used to think it was.0 -

This^^^ it's mostly about confidence. But a nice chest and torso is a plus!0 -

back.
I'm always impressed with a guy who has a really well developed back- top to bottom.
abs are great- but quiet a bit of diet. And so many guys train chest- it's like they forget about the entire back half.
Good posture and a well developed back will 100% catch my eye- and a nice *kitten*.
I had a guy tell me one time how much he hated squats (he was on the hack machine actually) and I was like come on squats are great- everyone likes a nice *kitten*- he straight up said- no that's for girls. Guys don't need one.
mouth.
dropped.
I was like- yeah no- that's wrong- girls like a nice *kitten* too.
Not for nothing but he was not on my level- and if a girl out of your league says "girls like nice *kitten*" you best pay attention.0 -
Brain, good smell and not too many muscles!
I love it when men discuss what they think what women like...
