Can i gain a pound a lb of muscle while trying to loose 4 lbs with enough protein and lifting in my diet . Is that a realistic enough goal ?

it could happen… if you're lifting probability is that you will lose fat and gain muscle and the scale may or may not move… I learned this first hand...0

It's extremely unlikely. Gaining 1lb of muscle in a month, even for a man, is difficult under ideal circumstances. Trying to do so while also losing weight is improbable.0
