Is it really this simple to burn 100 calories?
If you just simply look up how to burn a 100 calories there will be pictures everywhere that say you can burn 100 calories just by doing 40 Jumping Jacks 30 Crunches 20 Squats & 10 Pushups. Is it really this simple to burn 100 calories. Or am i being fooled by advertisement ?

if u arnt active with a low activity lvl is bmr maintainence
if arent active at all and activity level is super low is bmr maintainence for the day an example , like on sick days , when you go just downstairs maybe once or twice then watch tv all day would your bmr calories technically be maintainence in this situation. not sick just wonderin

if you exercise before breakfast do you eat back those cals?
say u do some cardio as soon as u wake up b4 i eat anything . can you eat those calories back ... technically you havent aten anything yet before you workedout so if you "ate them back" you would technically be eating extra. am i wrong ? srry if this is consfuising lol.
