Does this not have 4mph/15,14,13 min mile jog listed

I see 12 min mile (jog) and lower. I can’t find 13,14,14 min listed does this app not have them or is it just me?

It has a limited list. Here's what you can do for run/walk stuff:

    Go to this calculator: https://exrx.net/Calculators/WalkRunMETs

Put in your weight, the speed, and the duration. Set the "energy" box to "net" so you don't double count your BMR/RMR. If you're jogging with both feet off the ground at one time, count it as running. If one foot is always on the ground, count it as walking. Close enough. Get a calorie estimate there.

Back at MFP, go the cardiovascular section and either put those calories into one of the existing entries when you log it, or create your own custom exercise to log it.

This next probably won't make sense unless you know more about exercise calorie estimating methods, but I'll throw it in anyway: If you make separate custom exercises for different paces, MFP will adjust the calories it estimates based on your weight at the repeat instance, the new duration, and the pace entry that you set up. You don't have to keep going back to the calculator. Loosely, that's because that calculator is using the METS estimating method, which is what MFP uses behind the scenes. That means that if you say you burned X calories jogging 15 minute miles (4 mph) when you weighed Y amount and you did it for Z minutes, MFP will do the calculations to re-estimate the calories when you jog 15 minute miles at (Y minus 5 pounds) and some different number of minutes.

If you want to understand about METS, and you like math, go here:
