That's right. Tomorrow is brand new. I ate like a whole batch of cookies the other night and gained a pound and a half. Before I would have quit. But now I realize it's okay. I'll get better.

If this is your first since joining MFP .... all I can say is "Go away son, you bother me".

Seriously though, if you are not hospitalised from it, just learn from it. Move on.

    Cheers

    Jan 25th, I had:

Huge pulled pork sandwhich, big pile of mac and cheese, split a 16 oz bag of skittles with my friend, ate a large regular sized bag of BBQ lays, 3 cans of coke, a bag of Milano cookies...uhh...I am probably missing some stuff. I'd say I dropped a good 5k-10k calories on food in a few hours and didn't put on a single pound. Wasn't really a binge though, because I wanted it and had no problem doing it. I love being young and active!

Omg I totally did this on Saturday I was in a funk all day. No workout and ate like over 3000 cals and ate a ton of them in a two hour window I just kept eating until I felt sick. I normally have great control but I was having a really down day and bam. The worst is the feeling the next day you feel huge. However a few days back of good eating and I am feeling better. It is only one day just don't make it all the time.

And you wonder why you're not losing weight.

OP, you seriously need to seek help. Based on your previous postings, you need to address your binge eating in a serious manner or you're never going to accomplish your goals. There's no shame in asking for professional help.

    Just my opinion though.
  • Just to make you feel better, I'm sure it wasn't more than an entire deep dish pizza, pint of bj's, 12 doughnuts, and liter of soda, lasagna, and whatever else I could fit in throughout the day.

Trust me, you'll be fine. Just don't think about it and move on. The more you think about it, the more you'll stress, and then binge.
It's just one binge, that's nothing!

    :)

Don't remember which days these happened in the last month, but there were days that:
    * I had a whole bag of ruffles chips and a container of ranch dip (did that twice)
    * ordered candy from Russell Stover...multiple pounds of stuff. (did that twice)
    * ordered from another candy store online (only did that once)
    * got bags of Hershey's nugget with almonds, and ate the whole thing
    * got bags of Chex mix and had the whole bag in one sitting

January was not a good month for me. Could be my dad passed away in December, could be a lot of things....but it's behind me now, not just part of my behind, but in the past too! LOL

It's over with. It's in the past. Nothing you can do now except move on, back to healthy eating, and maybe get in an extra workout if you can! You will survive this!
