Cup of fruit: 45 Calories
Juice Packet/Crystal Light: 10 Calories
Ice: 0 Calories
ice , frozen fruit of your choice. water and an artificial juice packet like crystal light, or any artificial juice packet in a blender and you will have enough for 2 smoothies, absolutelly nomore than 40 calories each
You can get frozen fruit at Walmart
Not All smoothies have to have yogurt in them. you can add yogurt if you want an extra additional 70 - 100 calories but i preferably dont . The artificial juice packets of your choice (which is usually no more than 15 calories) gives all the flavor that a smoothie at a smoothie shop would give you. It Sounds to good to be true but just try it guys good luck

Love the idea. I have this fear of artificial sweeteners though. Irrational but there it is. My smoothies are way more complicated and far more caloric.
3 ounces mixed berries
2 ounces strawberries
2 ounces pineapple
2 ounces banana
1/2 cup carrot juice
1/2 cup apple juice
And then add enough ice to make a 32 ounce smoothie. They are totally sugar bombs but they got me off the Mt. Dew so there's that at least.
Eventually I want to ditch the apple juice because it's all sugar but I love the sugar...0 -

I make this with strawberries, but instead of crystal light I use rum. Daquiris... mmmmmm I don't think it's 40 calories though...0 -

Mine are usually water, spinach (or baby kale) frozen berries and a half a banana. (And if it's a meal versus a snack, some chia seeds, some flax seeds and some almonds.)0
