If you just simply look up how to burn a 100 calories there will be pictures everywhere that say you can burn 100 calories just by doing
40 Jumping Jacks
30 Crunches
20 Squats
& 10 Pushups.
Is it really this simple to burn 100 calories. Or am i being fooled by advertisement ?

Most people's max burn is about 10 calories a minute, for the obese it's more. So 10 minutes of high intensity exercise can burn 100 for most. I think I could finish that list in well under 10 minutes and some of those would be low intensity, so it wouldn't be 100 for me, I don't think.0

You're being fooled...no chance any of those burn 100 calories. Not even close...0

When I do cardio I can easily, on average, burn 100 calories in approx 10 minutes. Usually when I go for a 50 minute run I burn just over 500 calories. You have to remember that not everyone is the same.0
