How do you prepare or use canned chicken breast?
I have never used canned meat before (aside from Tuna) and I have a large can in my pantry. I'd like to try and do something with the canned chicken breast... any ideas or suggestions??

Just had foot surgery... what exercises can I do??
I'm used to the usual, walking, treadmill, cardio dvd's or even wii games but I can't but any pressure on my foot. I'm feeling the pounds creep back on since I've been imobile. So I reach out to ya'll to get some ideas to burn calories without using my foot or standing.

do you like salmon??
I love fish.. mainly tilapia or other simple white fish. I see so many recipes for SALMON.. but I don't think I like it. The times I've had it seemed too ... "fishy" for me. So my question here is... do you like salmon and do you have a yummy way to prepare it??

Best ever chocolate muffins
I stumbled upon this recipe years ago from a weight watchers recipe site and have been making them ever since. My kids love them too! unidentified equipment at the gym, help please
I just returned from the gym and while I was there I used this cardio machine that I can only describe as a stationary bike for your arms.. and not a row machine. I sat on my bum and pedalled my arms. I was trying to log the exercise but have no idea what it's called!! Any ideas or suggestions?!?

eat lunch before or after workout?
I'm going to the gym today on my lunch break!! YAY me!! But I'm not sure which is the best way to handle the actual act of eating my lunch. Should I eat before I exercise or afterwards when I get back from the gym???

I hate exercise!
I reall do. I hate getting sweaty and I don't like boredom. I try to turn things I enjoy into a form of exercise but it hasn't fully developed yet. Just wanted to know what the majority users of 30 day shred use to log the calories burned. Aerobics?low impact?high impact? or something else. They have Tae Bo in the database but not 30-day-shred yet lol

Zucchini ideas
I have a surplus of zucchini and would love some new ideas on how to prepare them. My usual is sliced zucchini simmered in a can of diced tomatoes. The tomato thickens so nicely and its such a great side dish. But I would love some other ideas please. Thank you!!
