I pretty much have been watching my calories, carbs, and sugar grams. I'm quite large and have a lot of weight to lose. How many grams of sugar do all of you allow yourselves per day? I'm not sure how many I should be allowing myself to lose. Thank you.

How many carbs?
Hi Everyone, I used to low carb it for years. I am kinda over that now, but for those that have loss a good amount of weight that don't low carb it, do you watch/limit your carbs at all. Or do you just mainly concern yourself with your daily calories limit? Thanks for any input.

Weigh In
My first week's weigh is 9 lbs. Always large the first week, esp coming off the holidays. But a good first week and encouragement to continue on. I feel I finally have my head on straight. How are the rest of you doing?
