Any easy 600 cal exercises?
I haven't got the equipment at the moment, but does anyone know a workout which you can do without any tools? I'm trying to minimum loose 600 cals, I way around 215 lbs and on a diet between 1300-1100 calorie intake

Okay still a noob help
I've heard I should intake minimum 1400 cals - no exercise, this can lead me apparently bad looking naked. So I've heard I should intake 1800 calories and do exercise of 400 calorie burn, which I thought was pointless since you lose same amount, but gives u better body and helps u look good naked, so I decided, il do 1800…

I don't understand this
If people should eat 1200 cals, but want to burn 600 cals for exercise, then apparently u add that to amount needed to eat, meaning u should eat 1800 cals. So does that mean either doing exercise or not, u still lose the same amount whether doing exercise or not?

Easy to make easy to prepare, something that's not too fancy, I need a diet like this to help me to lose at least 2lb a week, and I don't know of any good and easy ones which will help. Any good meal plans people want to Share?

Any good 1200cal diets?
I'm in need of a 1200 cal diet, helping me lose 2lb a week, if this happens I can loose weight of 40lb in less that 6months, I need a healthy plan because to be honest idk of any good one, my diet plan is just the same food everyday. Nothing new or nothing different to my meal plan, just that 1200cal everyday
