Open food diary what am I doing wrong?
Can y'all check out my food diary and let me know what I'm doing wrong? Scale is not moving!! I walk 8-12k steps a day and go to the gym 3-5 times a week ( treadmill/eliptica/bike) I lost 60 lbs about 2 years ago counting calories ( gained back about 10) currant weight is 208 so I still have a lot to lose. So do you find that grocery shopping is cheaper now because of smaller portions? Or more expensive because most healthy foods cost more money?or about the same? Feeling run down?
So the last week or so I've been feeling compleatly run down, like all I want to do is take a nap or be a couch potato. No energy, stamina and imo not as hungry although I'm craving 'bad' foods. My diet hasn't changed (open diary) but I did start going to the gym about 2 weeks ago. Any ideas? Suggestions?

Losing weight but not feeling it...
So I started at 260 and after 3 months am at 226 and counting. My goal weight is 160. Everyone says I'm looking better and such but I don't FEEL better or smaller. I don't expect to lose all the weight over night but id like to feel it. Any ideas so suggestions? Thanks!
