Your probably eating a lot more then you think, invest in a food scale

I like: cucumbers w fetta cheese, Sargento balanced brakes, egg whites/ham/pickles, canned chicken/sunflower seeds, any fruit, any veg, veggie straws, nuts, basically anything u want as long as it fits into your calorie goals. Or chose not to snack and eat larger meals. Whatever works for u.

I'm not a big carb person, but I love sandwiches. As an alernative you can use a big leaf of lettuce. I had 2 big ham, turkey, bacon, cheese and hummus in a lettuce wrap a few days ago for under 400 calories.

I have 3 kids, and nanny for 2 more. I get up at 5 am so I can be home to get everyone up by 7, and pick up the children I watch by 8. Some days I'm dragging and don't want to get up and it sucks. But I do it and feel better for it. There's always time, it's just a matter of finding it and to stop making excuses. Good luck…

With my 3rd I gained a total of 12 lbs, I think I weighed in at around 220 (ish) at that time. From what my dr and nutritionist told me, at that weight it would be compleatly heathy to lose weight even while pregnant as long as your giving your body the nutrients it needs. But I would recommend speaking with your doctor,…

Negitive - my boobs are shrinking!! - my teenage daughter keeps stealing my clothes - spent to much money on clothes - I'm tired all the time ( so I'm a little jelly of everyone who says they have more energy) but I'm on the go from 6am-midnight w 3 kids lol so that could be the reason But everything else is positive!!! -…

Way back when In high school I was 150 and wore a size 10 ( I'm 5'5) My 13 year old daughter is 140lb and 5ft4, she wears a size 4! It's crazy to see how truly different we all are! I really enjoyed everyone's posts :)

I like ground chicken burgers, or if I have time to meal prep I have a recipe for black bean and quinoa burgers. I like cheese but usually skip the bun

I only like the whites not the yoke, not a calorie or health thing just my wonky taste buds. I eat 100g ( or about 3 egg whites) 3-5 times a week. It's a good sorce of protien and I like them.

Personally I weigh daily ( unless I'm exactly the same) sometimes it's up, sometimes it's down but it helps me to see how different things effect my body

I've cut out dairy, red meat, oil/ grease those seem to be the biggest trigger foods for me, it's not 100% but it's definitely helped. Also I don't eat out ( although sometimes it's unavoidable) even heathy options at restaurants seem to set it off

Personally I don't like milk, but think vanilla almond milk is yummy

Imo since you have already talked to a dietician I would try to follow that advice and stick ( give or take) to what was recommended. You don't want to add in 'junk food' just for the sake of getting those calories. Maybe try adding in a healthy snack or two

I generally do a bar if I'm working or out and about, and a shake if I'm home, it's more a matter of convenience for me
-
I don't really have any advice, but good luck! I worked third shift for 6 years at a group home and gained a lot of my weight during that time period

@ noelve yup, well maybe not defender of the word bit, but I'm a cna and mom so close enough lol

Personally I would put it at sedentary or lightly active, even though your on your feet your not in constant motion. Plus it never hurts to play it a little, look and see what the difference in calories are between the different settings

Not to eat Girl Scout cookies

I think you should be fine, although I'm not a doctor. A couple of things to consider 1) your starting weight- the higher it is imo it makes larger drops easier, and the more you drop it will slow down 2) how many calories are you eating? You have probably drastically reduced your calories and your body's just responding…

For me I've found it to be fairly accurate, not exact but as long as I stay within a good calorie range then yes. But not al days are created equal

I have 3 kids and all 3 like completely different things as well! My oldest is a carbaholic and could live on pasta, my middle who's very active/ into sports just wants to eat meat/ protein all the time, my youngest is more of a processed food junkie/ fruits and veggie eater. Then you have myself and hubby who are both…

I tryed isagenix about 2 years ago, I had lost about 60 prior to trying it and had hit a stand still w my weight loss, and though maybe isagenix would help me get past it. Well the shakes were all disgusting, like it made me gag to drink it. The bars were pretty good, I especially liked the lemon one. I followed to program…

I pretty much eat chocolate/ some type of 'treat' every day, and manage to stay under 1,200 most of the time. Just make sure you log correctly and your good :) like tonight I planned on having 2 cookies ( package said 29g @108 caloriesx2) when I put them on my food scale they were 73g!! That's 15g over, almost a 150 cal…

Taco pizza!!! Mmmmmmm... I can eat the whole pizza, and it's not humanly possible to eat just one slice ( or 2 or 3 lol) I try an avoid it, but once in a blue moon bring it!

I don't really care either way. If someone mentions it it makes me feel good that it's noticeable, but at the same point if they don't say anything that's fine too because it's not about them it's about me. I'm pretty open with it with friends/family and even coworkers who see me/ and what I eat every day. I wouldn't go…

I find it best to make a 'plan', it's almost like when I know I have to go to work I also know I have to do other things regardless of if I like it or not. lol I have to do A B and C today and just do it. Once I'm out and about I'm good. The weekend are harder though since I don't work, a lot of times I just end up staying…
