    Complete 90 minutes of cardio! Get back to drinking more water

    My goal is to work on getting more water in. I need to get about double what I'm doing now.

    - Getting my water intake back up. I got sick for a couple weeks and idk water is just gross to me when I'm sick, so I was drinking mostly orange juice lol.
    - Do 30DS every single day this week along with 40 minutes of other cardio 5 days.

  • I'm going back to work after being off for five months due to an accident five months ago.
    My goal is to continue going to the gym for two hrs a day, make it to my Physical Therapy appointments four days a week, and make it through the workday without losing my mind!

    Get to an ortho to find out what the heck is wrong with my leg so I can work out again. This is incredibly frustrating and depressing.

    Eat breakfast within an hour of waking up everyday.

    Not because I think this is nessasary for everyone. But I think for now it's nessasary for me.

    My old eating habit would be I wouldn't eat all day utility 3pm-5pm at this point my hunger was uncontrollable and I'd binge in anything and everything I could get my hands on sometimes up until 1- 2 in the morning. My goal is to establish better eating habit for myself.

    1) More water---minimum 40 ounces for sure. 2) More movement---walk at work at least once a shift 3 times this week. 3) Take a walk at home twice this week with my dog and/or wife---whomever is willing to walk with me :-)

    Adding another goal: stop taking bites of everyone else's food in my house! If I just ate what I made myself I would be fine.

    3 workouts 1 hour each of Taebo I slacked last week with 3 kids valentine parties at schools, game night at my house, and then valentine treats.

    Stay at or under my calorie goal, drink less soda, drop water weight, alternate walk/run days, eat more protein and keep up my early morning routine all week. 2 days down, 5 to go!
