- Getting my water intake back up. I got sick for a couple weeks and idk water is just gross to me when I'm sick, so I was drinking mostly orange juice lol.

I'm going back to work after being off for five months due to an accident five months ago.
My goal is to continue going to the gym for two hrs a day, make it to my Physical Therapy appointments four days a week, and make it through the workday without losing my mind!

Eat breakfast within an hour of waking up everyday.
Not because I think this is nessasary for everyone. But I think for now it's nessasary for me.
My old eating habit would be I wouldn't eat all day utility 3pm-5pm at this point my hunger was uncontrollable and I'd binge in anything and everything I could get my hands on sometimes up until 1- 2 in the morning. My goal is to establish better eating habit for myself.0 -
1) More water---minimum 40 ounces for sure. 2) More movement---walk at work at least once a shift 3 times this week. 3) Take a walk at home twice this week with my dog and/or wife---whomever is willing to walk with me :-)0
