mapping apps
Is there any app that lets you tap out your route rather than using GPS? I have an iPod touch, so that GPS ones don't work of course. I use mapmyrun on my computer, but I'd love to be able to tap out my route on my iPod while it's fresh in my head. I hope this isn't a stupid question ;) TIA

Is the Polar FT7 worth just $15 more than the Polar FT4?
I'm considering getting the FT4, and I see that I can get the FT7 for just $15 more. I'm wondering if it's worth the extra cash. I know it stores 10 times more workouts, and that it shows if you are in a fat burning or fitness heart rate range. But I'm not sure if I buy that or not. TIA for any opinions :)

Half way there! 40 lbs lost and progress pics.
I started February 24, 2011 at 229 lbs, BMI was 39.3. Now I am 189 lbs, BMI is 32.4. I am now in the 180s, which feels amazing, and I'm half way to my goal.
