Has anyone ran across an all encompassing list of what Supplements shouldn't be taken together? I've read that Creatine and caffeine shouldn't be. That Beta-alanine and Taurine shouldn't be. Anyone actually do one arm pull ups as part of a workout?
I always thought this was kind of a showboating exercise...but curious to see if anyone actually incorporates it into their back workouts.

Hammer Strength Machines - work both sides together or one at a time?
Curious..when you guys/gals are working out on Hammer Strength machines…do you use the machine so that you lift both sides together or do you do one at a time or mix it up? I usually do one side at a time but noted that many (most?) people seem to do both together.

Cooking Oil Alternatives? Low Fat/Calories/Carbs
I usually use olive oil or coconut oil when I fry things like eggs or veggies, like when I stir fry. My sister in law suggested using chicken broth...it actually works great. Went from using 110 calories down to 4 or 8. Any other suggestions?
