Anyone actually do one arm pull ups as part of a workout?

I always thought this was kind of a showboating exercise...but curious to see if anyone actually incorporates it into their back workouts.

Nope, I can't really do one successfully. I max at out about 12 pull ups when I'm fresh, and I can't do a 1 arm pull up. I'm thinking you have to have a really favorable strength to weight ratio to be able to do them well and I'm just not anywhere near lean enough for that right now

One arm...nope...can't say I have seen anyone do this in person. What I have seen on social media has been horrible form. I do however drop some weight on a dip belt for weighted pullups...just recently started this.

IMHO, unless you are freakishly strong, only pretty thin people can do it. Even then, their strength to weight ratio has to be pretty outstanding. It wouldn't be a pull up, it would have to be a chin up. ie.. palm towards you. so you can get some bicep recuitment
