People need to stop whining
People need to stop whining about going over there calorie limit for 1 day or eating something that they think they should not eat. People should also stop whining about not feeling motivated to exercise. Don't freak out people!!!

My first food journal
Here is my first complete food journal I have ever done in my life. Not a very nutritious start to the week. I did exercise for an hour today though and burned 601 Calories according to the hand bike machine. I also drank 8 cups of water today.
