People need to stop whining about going over there calorie limit for 1 day or eating something that they think they should not eat. People should also stop whining about not feeling motivated to exercise. Don't freak out people!!!

haha. Yeah sometimes it's not about being perfect, but just making small changes everyday.0

It's not an easy process for most people. Not everyone starts off with a wealth of information or support, or is overwhelmed by the amount of information available.

I come from a place of constant personal criticism which got me no where.
Old habits are hard to break. People often are just seeking reassurance that what they are doing is okay.

So are the MFP forums, but you don't see anyone saying that.

I love the irony of you complaining about people whining. You sound like the whiny one0 -
well you are the only you that you have, aint no switching bodies with anyone else, sooo if your mean to yourself or are ashamed of yourself, it will just perpetuate yourself that hate towards yourself aint goin nowhere.
get out of your own way, be real to yourself, what you eat today even though it will be 100 cals over or 200 or maybe even 500, won't change what you do for the rest of your life. though one must be real with oneself when it comes down to repeating that pattern, maybe it is your fault maybe its not your fault, either way you gotta be compassionate towards yourself.
this comin from me, got injured pre competition and gained 20 pounds due to the bad cycle of being ashamed and feeling useless...now I got my head on straight and on my way back to competing again.0 -
