My first food journal

Here is my first complete food journal I have ever done in my life. Not a very nutritious start to the week. I did exercise for an hour today though and burned 601 Calories according to the hand bike machine. I also drank 8 cups of water today. I know I need to start eating more fruits and vegetables throughout the day. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/food/diary/stryder2807
