Do I NEED to do keto to lose weight if I have PCOS?

Scared to do overhead press and bench press?
I've never done either of those exercises and I'm REALLY scared I'm going to hurt myself without a spotter. I'm about 100 lbs so I don't know if I can handle pressing just the bar. How was the first time doing these exercises and was it difficult?

I've run out of calories and I haven't even had dinner?
I ate a few too many brownies and now I'm in the negatives. It's only 3 pm. Should I skip dinner/not eat for the rest of the day? Also, I went for a run early in the morning so that was including exercise calories.

5' 0" and 114 pounds...should I go on the 1200 calorie diet?
I know I'm relatively healthy for my height and weight but I really need to lose this belly fat and no amount of strength training seems to be helping. Should I go on the 1200 calorie diet to see results?

Should I be doing an hour of cardio every other day?
I strength train Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (I know I should have a day in between but this is the only schedule that works for me). I'm also trying to lose fat in the stomach area. Would doing an hour of cardio in between these days help or should I just have rest days during that time?
