Eating back macros? Am I suppose to just hit my initial macros and eat whatever else after i hit them? but mfp ups my macro grams once i exercise. Should i try to hit them?

I used iifym calculator and it came to 175c/110p/44f with 1538 calories a day. I weigh 110 btw. But, I exercise and burn at least 650 calories 6 of 7 days of the week. I followed the IIFYM Calculator and they determined macros to be 40p,35f,25c I weigh 110 and want to get down to about 14% body fat. I'm at 18%. Does this sound about right?
