I'm trying to lose body fat and not weight. I weigh 110. I'm going to focus on a lower carb diet. I eat about 150-200 carbs now. Problem is, every time I go to find something to eat the carbs just seem to add up. Can anyone give some recipes? Or meal plans? Or just meal ideas? Thanks guys!

I've heard there are a lot of recipes on the Atkins website.

Some of mine and my husband's favorite high-protein go-to meals are tuna salad, skimmed milk/buttermilk, yogurt (I would recommend greek yogurt, but we don't have it available where we live), tilapia (I cook mine with some tomato paste, coriander, lemon, chili, and a bit of garlic.. Your taste may vary but tilapia is very flexible!), chili (made with extra lean ground beef and kidney beans), and sloppy joes (also made with extra lean ground beef and we don't add the sugar because we don't like it sweet, although the bread makes it less of a low carb option :)). We also eat a lot of legumes like chickpeas, lentils, white and red kidney beans... They aren't low carb but if you aren't going to be eating bread that day they are alright for a low carb diet and they're rich in both protein and fiber... Hope this helps!

ETA: When I say tuna salad, I mean tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, carrots, salt, and a bit of garlic with tuna dumped on top, not the spread with mayo that you put on bread :)
