So i had a very strenuous workout day. I did three different workouts. Insanity + abs+ legs (burned 410), ran by the lake since it was such a beautiful day (burned 300) and my nightly zumba (300). I use the polar F4 heart rate monitor as well. All in all I burned about 1,000 today. I have consumed 170 grams of protein already and I need a post zumba snack or something. I weigh 110. Should I add more protein even though it's so high already? I am considering a builders protein bar, which is 20g protein with 30g carbs. I am also 400 below my goal. My diary is open.
Much help please.

IIFYM go ahead and eat it. The extra protein certainly won't hurt you.
However, HRMs are not accurate for strength training, so make sure you are not overeating0 -
Zumba burns that much?
I don't see the harm in more protein, eat it up.0 -
There's a saying here that says, you don't get extra points for being 'extra healthy' if you've already reached all your goals.
So go have a bowl of ice cream or something!0 -

You've had enough protein, I would go for a nice big beer.0

I say eat 400 calories of whatever sounds amazing and do it while soaking in a hot bubble bath. Wine is pretty close to 400 calories a bottle.0
