macros question

I used iifym calculator and it came to 175c/110p/44f with 1538 calories a day. I weigh 110 btw.


But, I exercise and burn at least 650 calories 6 of 7 days of the week. Will these numbers increase? or should i just aim to hit them and eat what I want to finish the calories? Or I noticed the mfp ups those grams every time i enter exercise, should i follow that?
