Arms
This photo was taken yesterday and despite the fact that I look ridiculously after catching a fish, albeit a starfish. My arms look skinnier. Good news. My boyfriend took a video of me in a bikini jumping into the fjord. Bad news. Oh well just keep trucking!

Ok so I'd heard that using a HRM for the first time can be a shock as the cals estimated by gym equipment are a bit high but my hrm showed half the number of cals that the gym equipment did on a bike ride today. Could that be right?

Daily Intake
Ok so I've been below my daily intake for a few days now which I've read is bad because of starvation mode etc.. But! I'm not hungry? should I really be stuffing myself to meet these calories? I'm still eating the same amount, if not more snacks etc, but just better, lower carb foods.. Definitely not starving myself.
