This photo was taken yesterday and despite the fact that I look ridiculously after catching a fish, albeit a starfish. My arms look skinnier. Good news.

My boyfriend took a video of me in a bikini jumping into the fjord. Bad news.

Oh well just keep trucking!

    Adorable! How do you catch a starfish anyway???

    They catch you. You usually catch them by accident when you're fishing for flounder or something else that stays close to the bottom, it's actually quite annoying and I've always found that once I catch one I can't keep them off my hook and have to move areas.

    What exercises have you been doing to help achieve the new shape arms ?

    I've been doing weights at the gym and pushups. Could barely do one when I started now I can do 20. Knee ones still though.

    And who knows how I caught it but at least I caught something haha. It went straight back in of course!
