Doing it all for nothing? Feels llike it

Lost weight, my goals changed, not for the better?
When I started out a month ago, my goals were set at 1200 calories a day, with a weight loss projected of 1.2 pounds per week. I managed to beat that, and have lost 10 pounds. First day - 30 pounds to go!
