Zumba DVD - How many calories?

Just got the Zumba DVDs, and to my surprise the exercise isn't listed in the database. Any idea how many calories for the basic dvd?

    I take Zumba and my instructor has a body bug. She burns anywhere from 700 to 1000 calories.

    Hi!
    I do not have a Zumba dvd but I do take Zumba classes
    I enter that in as Aerobics high impact for whatever minutes I worked out for
    Some people enter in as dance also

    What dvd's do you do?
    Where did you get the dvd at??.....I've been thinking about getting the dvd's
    Do they give you a good workout??

    Thanks for the answers. I just got the Zumba Fitness DVDs from Amazon. Just started today, so will not start with high impact, but am sure I will work uip to it quick. I think I paid about $65 for the set. It includes 5 dvd, and the "toning sticks." pluc instruction book. I'm still going through the basics right now, but that was intense enough for me, I've never taken Zumba before. It looks like it will be a really good workout. We have a Zumba class here, but it's not really convenient for me.
