Not eating after 5pm... does this work?
Although in my case I would probably try 7pm, on the basis that it's a real miracle if I get to sleep before midnight, ha ha! Does anyone have any thoughts about this method? Any success stories? Kirsty xxx

Trying on your old clothes is SUCH good motivation.
As great as those numbers dropping on the scales can be, I have found noticing that pair of jeans gradually feeling looser and looser to be a far greater motive for keeping on the calorie counting... The more I lose, the harder it's getting to shift the pounds

No weight loss in what I thought was a successful week...
After sticking to 1200 calories per day and exercising 600 calories 6 days a week... I have lost no pounds at all! Any ideas why? I am so disheartened and wanna cry after a week I thought I'd been really good! Sad times. xxx
