I'm going to do it
So I made chocolate chip cookies for the kids after dinner tonight and I'm going to have 3 with some milk and call it good. I don't have the calories but I no if I don't cave into my craving now it will cause a huge binge around 10 pm! So a little splurge is going to prevent a huge binge !

Working out adding calories to my calorie goal??
So I'm really confused about this. So when I log my workouts it adds more calories to my limit. Should I eat those extra 300+ calories or doesn't that just defeat the purpose of me burning all those calories working out?
