I think it really does depend! I see some people on here with before and after pics and I'm amazed on how much younger they look! From a first hand expirance I no a lady who lost 30+ lbs and she's about 35 and now she looks about 45 that she's lost the weight. I think it varies!

Trust me I'm trying lose fat all places of the body not just trying to target my abdomen lol ! I'm just hoping with weight loss and excircse will come a firmer tummy!

Thank you I just feel like I always do this. I do so good for 2 weeks lose about 4-5 pounds and get right back to my old habits and gain all my weight back with an extra 3 lbs added on!

I'm shooting for 10lbs a month..... So my goal was to be at my goal weight by my birthday which is in February I'm almost at 5 lbs lost so it looks like I will meet my goal for this month! But I'm not going to stress to much about it!

I think I might try to squeeze in a morning walk too before we get up and going !

I'm sure the will help doing all the cooking yourself! That's another problem is because I will be going to family's house I don't know the recipe they used so I'm not 100% sure on the calories.

Lol! I will probably get funny looks as well but I guess this will really be the test on how well I've improved on my self control!

Ok we'll that makes me feel better because honestly working out in the morning on an empty stomach is never appealing! Actually my favorite time to work out is around 7-8 pm and he told me that it's not that affective to work out at that time ?

I think mine is coming off slow because I'm still trying to figure out what food works for me and playing with different meals to stay under my calorie goal

I also have pcos! I'm very discouraged about losing weight:(. I hope some day in the near future I can say I'm 20lbs down!

I have a little over 40 to lose as we'll. I also just started!

I weigh myself probably 3 times a day! It's actually becoming an issue for me I think I might give my scale to someone I trust to only give it to me on Monday morning to weigh in once a week!

Well that's the thing is I have enough calories technically to eat things things because like someone else said I'm not really hungry in the mornings so I don't really start eating till about 12pm I think it's messing me up eating right before bed.
