Low carb eating while starting to lift heavy?
I haven't started a lifting program, but have New Rules of Lifting for Women and am considering starting that up next week. Would low carb eating work well with a heavy lifting program? Or would I be better off using the nutrition plan set in the book? Honestly the TDEE -20% thing is very confusing to me.

Ab Definition...
How slim do you have to be to see ab definition? I'm 5'7" and my lowest weight was 145 and not even close to seeing any definition. I'm waaaaaaay far off from my goal now, but I was curious as to how much I might need to lose before I see some pretty abs in here.
