Weight training with Insanity?
I have been doing the beach body fitness dvd Insanity for months, and then I realized it is time to start the max circuits which is amazing! But I was wondering, should I lift weights while doing max insanity? I am trying to loose my last 10 pounds and already lost 25.

Ok so I am supposed to be down maybe 20 to 25 pounds by end of may. Is it possible for me t achieve this goal? Is their any tips I could follow?
