Just a Protein Wrap

Hello everyone, so today I was searching for things to make for lunch, and I made an amazing wrap I think everyone should enjoy. It was so good, I am craving it again! This is my own recipe and here it is:
Ingredients:
-Turkey Breast meat (protein, I got mine from boars head)
- Tortilla (I used the mission low carb)
- Hummus (I use the sabra roasted red pepper)
- Avocados (the healthy fat and my favorite part)
- Red Onions
- Green Peppers
- Carrots (shredded)
- Butter (not a lot)
- Olive Oil
- Pepper
You will need a frying pan for this.
Here are the steps:
1.) Dice up the green peppers, avacados and the red onions and shred the carrots.
2.) With your frying pan, put it on the stove to High and put butter in the pan. Let it melt.
3.) Now put the turkey, avocados, hummus, and veges on to the tortilla. Add pepper. (I put everything in the middle and fold the ends in)
4.) Fold the tortilla
5.) Put it on the frying pan and watch it. When the side down turns gold brown, flip it over and repeat.
6.) Once you are done, remove the wrap and pan off the stove.
7.) With a tea spoon of olive oil, sprinkle it on the wrap then add more pepper.
