I can't believe I ALREADY went over my calories AGAIN
I guess that chicken rice veggie bowl was a bad idea. I can't believe I spent almost 30$ at the gym on food and drinks just to go over my calories. To all the meal preppers out there. Please give me some tips on how to budget 1200 cal a day. So far it has been impossible for me. They say the first 3 days r the hardest. I'm going back to the gym today :)
I'm so excited. I plan to burn 100 cal on the stair master, than 100 cal on two different elliptical machines each. Than I will do 6 different weight machines which is a full body work out. This is gonna be hard
So I did good with the food today. Just had dinner. Stayed under my calories FINALLY. But it is only 5:36 pm & now I'm craving snacks, sweets, and junk just like everyday. I even got these mega t chews that r supposed to fight hunger but nooooooo, not for me. How can I fight this? Why does my body do this?

How can I stay away from sugar?
I was told that the closer I can stay to 0 grams of sugar a day, the flatter my belly will be. We'll that seems IMPOSSIBLE do to the fact that all fruits have sugar. I just ate a banana and it was 28 grams of sugar. Like soda. Wth? What am I supposed to eat? I just want my gut to GO AWAY! This is so frustrating
