Hello, and welcome!
First, you're not eating enough. Your goal is just that...a goal to reach, not just an upper limit, especially if you're dipping below 1200 calories.
Second, you're probably going to get very bored with such a limited diet, particularly while severely restricting calories. Branch out with some different choices to help keep that from happening.
Third, consider carefully the bulk to calorie ratio of your choices...for example, your soup. Because it's a cream-based soup, it's going to be higher in calories than most broth or tomato based soups. So soup might be one of those areas where you can play and choose something different each day.
Fruit, while good for you in many ways, can be calorie dense because of the sugars. You can often eat a greater bulk in veggies and proteins than in fruit. Just something to keep in mind.
Last, get a food scale. It will make a big difference in calories whether that banana was 4.4 oz or 6 ounces, and it's very difficult to tell by looking.0 -
I agree with Snuggle Smacks that you may get bored eating the same menu everyday and that you need to eat more calories, especially if you are exercising too. I would look at swapping baby spinach for the iceberg lettuce because of the nutrients. You may want to add some nuts, or peanut butter, with your fruit and veggies snacks. You may want to add some different veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potato) with the fish or try different types of fish (salmon, whiting, or possibly shrimp) to change it up a little bit from day to day.0

Ok... if you're going to be careful and detail oriented enough to attempt to do Groundhog's Day with your daily intake for two weeks, I offer this:
Are you planning on buying two different kinds of eggs?
What kind of turkey lunchmeat? Different brands have different macros.
How are you going to make sure each of your tomatoes and bananas are the same size?
Do you know how much 3 cups of lettuce (or any leafy green) really is?
What kind of ranch dressing is that?
Your fruit is measured by cup. How are you accounting for the air pockets? (get a food scale)
8 ounces of tilapia every night for 2 weeks will make you poop funny.
Normally, I let the little things like this slide in my diary, but I'm not trying to lose weight and I weigh myself monthly.
Biggest tip: weigh the solids, measure the liquids.0 -
My suggestion, Google "eating the same menu everyday". You might learn some things that can really help you out.
I agree with the people who say eat more, especially if you are going to be working out, and get a food scale.0
