It has been impossible for me to stay under my calories. I love eating and I LOVE working out. But I need to focus on eating better. Any ideas on low cal foods or ways to fight hunger. I'm so tired of not getting results. I want this so bad but the eating part is just toooooo hard

Almost all fruits and veggies are low cal, low carb. Some are high sugar but they're not fructose or fake sugars so they're not bad for you.
Try eating lean meats whenever possible rather than processed meats. They're 100000x healthier and way more reliable when it comes to remaining within calorie limits.
If you're bored of regular stuff, add spices! I thought I'd be super bored eating egg whites all the time, but I love adding hot red pepper flakes, oregano, ground black pepper, paprika, etc to them! Makes it seem like there's much more to enjoy too when you take each bite in slowly and enjoy it.
Of course, def let yourself eat some things besides all natural if you want once in awhile. Just make the naturals a main source of your energy.0 -
Thanks I like to put cilantro and tomato in my egg whites too mmmm mmm0

Fruits are high carb...and fructose is fruit sugar. Fruit is very good for you...eat it....but don't think you're staying lower in Carbs that way. Also...lean meat can be processed, or not.
you're the only one who can decide how much you want to lose weight...and only you can decide to make it happen. And you CAN!0 -

I've never seen a spike in my carbs just from eating fruit so0 -
And shoot, I meant to say it IS fructose... but not bad for you... can't go back and edit now0

my first question would be what is your daily calorie goal?
If it's reasonable eat more protien to help keep you feeling fuller longer...
If it isn't reasonable aka 1200 or below...up that and eat more food.0 -
If you're trying to cut your calories by cutting down on carbs, you shouldn't eat that much fruit really. But it's a good idea to replace side dishes like rice and potatoes with vegetables, almost any kind would do. Found out that it keeps me fuller longer and doesn't leave me craving for desert after dinner with rice or potatoes in it.0

Do you want to open your diary so we can make suggestions based on your eating preferences?0

My guess would be that your calorie goals are too aggressive for how much weight you have to lose. If you don't have that much to lose, you can't diet like an obese person...but that's what most people here try to do...0
